Judy, Larry and I arrive the morning of Dec 28 and checked into the Harbour Marriott. The first day was cloudy and we just took it easy and did a walk about Circular Quay. We went to Fish at the Rocks for a very nice seafood dinner. Subsequent days were all sunshine and temps in the mid to upper 20s (75-85F). The second day Judy and I headed to Manly Beach and that evening we went to Michael Tesoriero’s for dinner. I met Michael when I was over here in November 2008. He, Larry and Judy are fans of the opera so I listened to their stories. After our cruise, on Jan 17, Judy, Larry, Guy, Linda and I will be going to see Madame Butterfly at the Sydney Opera House. My first opera in 42 years; the last was when I was 12 in Germany and I was way to young to appreciate it.
